New Legislation in NY Requires Annual Interactive Sex Harassment Training

New York State has adopted new sexual harassment guidelines for all employers which mandates that all employers establish and disseminate sexual harassment policies, anti-retaliation policies, and pro forma complaints to all employees. Additionally, the law now requires annual interactive sexual harassment training beginning which must also be provided to all employees within 90 days of hiring.
